Less than 24 hours after their triumph in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup, the San Miguel Beermen celebrated their victory in style, treating their loyal fans to a memorable gathering at Ayala Malls Glorietta.

With the exception of June Mar Fajardo, the entire Beermen roster made a grand entrance to the delight of their ardent supporters, who eagerly awaited the opportunity to celebrate with their basketball heroes.

Expressing gratitude to the fans for their unwavering support throughout the season, CJ Perez, who played a pivotal role in securing the championship, conveyed his appreciation, saying, “Maraming salamat sa inyong mga PBA fans lalo sa SMB fans, sa suporta ninyo. Hindi kami gaganahan kung wala kayo” (Thank you very much to all PBA fans, especially to SMB fans, for your support. We wouldn’t be motivated without you).

Teammate Chris Ross, who delivered crucial plays during the championship game, including a pivotal three-pointer that helped the Beermen overcome an 11-point deficit, joined in the festivities, hyping up the crowd with spirited chants of “SMB.” Channeling the energy of the moment, Ross made a bold promise reminiscent of LeBron James’ famous declaration during his introduction with the Miami Heat over a decade ago.

“Let’s do it again next two conferences,” Ross declared, igniting cheers and applause from the passionate fans gathered at Glorietta Mall.
